From her adopted daughter MERCY JAMES' Malawian relatives,Madonna may face legal action.The relative were of view that promise has been broke by Madonna but not allowing them regularly tho see their little child.
Her appeal to adopt abandoned Mercy James was won by pop star in 2004,after the tot's 14-year-old mother died just days after giving birth.
The youngster since the adoption has not been seen by the James' family,they claimed.
Now they have turned to legal experts at Malawi's Civil Liberties Committee (CILIC) to help them get closer to Mercy James.
